The no dvd exe works fine for me
 What and where did you get your no-dvd? Did you try to redownload that file in case the first time the file was corupt? Does your pc meet the minimun requirement for SniperELite?Sometimes a launch with crash to destop is a video/grapics conflict, dont know what your specs are.
