Hey Slandaro - I followed your instructions step by step. When I tried launching Sr7Stop (from gamecopyworld) it would freeze without hiding anything. Only way to quit it is to press the red X in top right. So this idea did not work for me .

I also tried nospin and loedD's ideas - still says "Original disk could not be found or authenticated".

I am guessing here but does having a 64 bit processor interefere with blocking emulation?

Yeah, it worked until I patched to 1.01 and now it gives me a new error saying REMOVE DISC FROM BLA BLA and place it drive H which is the real drive.
It won't use virtal drives even with Virtual CD Hide and SR7. Stop!

I just patched my FEAR with the 1.01 and it is still working with SR_Stop

I did all the steps which slandaro has written, but when i try to start Fear, he sais that he can't find my original disc...
do i have to burn my backup on a disc and put it into the drive, or will it normaly work with the image on my hdd?
