Is this everytime you execute the game, or just the first time after you patch?

If it's just once, I don't have a problem with that and I'll patch, but if it's everytime I'll have to skip the patch.

I really don't know, but I would be willing to bet it is only the first time.

If you said you didn't have a CD key, then the moderators rightly assumed you don't have a legal copy of the game. Thus you were banned. (And not even permbanned...) What is so sophisticated about it?

Unfortunately, there is an incredibly high and (exponentially?) growing number of people here who are unable to follow the forum rules so, guess what, the moderators don't waste their time with carefully inspecting whether someone is really a pirate or he or she just said something very stupid. (Mind you, in ambiguous cases it is exactly mostly the moderators who not only don't ban people but rather defend them from attacks of other forum members.)

Sophisticated?

I don't understand what your question about sophistication meant.

I do agree that I should have been more careful in my post, and on a few other points you made about what not to post.

What I don't understand is, if there are many here who are pirates, (and my opinion is that there are many) what is the big deal with someone merely stating whether they have a legit key. I wasn't askling for one, or offering one. Neither was I promoting the downloading of warez, merely a crack that many topics on this forum discuss openly. This forum virtually advertises for GameCopyWorld.

There is a possibility you were mistakenly banned. Perhaps for the guy after your post or before it.

Or perhaps not, I havent seen the thread so I cant comment.

What isnt good is coming back and making a poll with a long story. Moderators hate that kinda thing as it puts pressure on them, and thus has the opposite effect.

It was I who banned you, i never email people explaining them why, if you read the rules (and not just looked at them) you would have understood why i did what i did.

I dont remember right now why, as joe well said, i'm fedup of the rules not being followed, and i will ban on sight, it's tottally fine if you dissagree, after all, we are humans and we all have the right to an oppinion, however, if i banned you is because you were discussing something to do with warez, wether it was a crack that enabled you to skip cd check, or a serial, or a downloaded game, or you not having a cd key and having the game (which speaks for itself), i don't care, im fedup of seeing this everyday and i don't need to give an explanation to you, you got questions, ask the rules, not the mods.
Are you by chance a poet or writer ? Just wondering, your writing style is quite a shock to those of us who are used to illiterate warez kiddies going "OMG WT!F whErEz Da CRACKS !" all the time. You should bundle your signatures and get them published :D
i like being a hipocrite on the internet -- You (thread starter) should maybe take a long think of reasons before a rant.
