the mini iso inside the zip file is CD2.MDS

Did you follow the instructions ? You need a full image, replace mds file, and most important you need to install the modified SF drivers included in the package
If it won't work (and your key matches):

C2_DE_CD1
5ZT...
233472 19
106496 22

... you know what to do

Then rename the file in the .cue file to "CD2.MDS"

There is no cue-file; and if it was there, it should refer to a mdf-file, not mds
