help me cossacks 2 mini image

i downloaded Cossacks 2 v1.0 [GERMAN] No-CD/Fixed Image from gamecopyw to run cossacks2
but i 'm not able to mount the mini image ! deamon tells me

UNABLE TO MOUNT THE FILE


why?

are u able to run the crack ??

Edit the .cue file that comes with it with notepad.

At the top where it tells you the filename it wants, remove the path before the file name.


e.g

If it said "c:\images\c2mi.bin"

rename it to

"c2mi.bin"


and try mounting.

the mini iso inside the zip file is CD2.MDS

Did you follow the instructions ? You need a full image, replace mds file, and most important you need to install the modified SF drivers included in the package
If it won't work (and your key matches):

... you know what to do ;)

Then rename the file in the .cue file to "CD2.MDS"

There is no cue-file; and if it was there, it should refer to a mdf-file, not mds ;)

i also followed all the instructions in the file for a dozen of times and the only problem is that i dont know how to make an image file of the file i have.. i have got an mds file of cossacks cd2 so how do i make and mini image?

@Zulu: I've just added a few notes about merging the MDF of a full image with the MDS of a mini image. Can you tell me which CD-key works with such a setup: the users own (from the MDF) or a fixed one (from the MDS)?
