Try and burn the DVD at at a very slow speed. It must be something to do with the actual burn?
Set the DVD up (copy all files to the hardrive) then before burning try installing it from the hardrive. Do this just to see if the error shows up. If the error doesnt appear, then burn the files to a Re-writable DVD (as slow as you can). Now just because it installs from the hardrive doesnt mean it will also work from the DVD! But all I can say is it must have something to do with the actual burn if it installs from the hardrive!
