San Andreas Crashes Everytime. Possible NOCD Problem

The game starts fine and is cool untill the intro upto the part where it says
"Francis International Airport, Liberty City 1992"
Then, theres a black screen & the Game Crashes

Hè is this when the skins are blank and have no clohting and skin colleur ???????

What is your PC specs, memory, CPU etc etc

More info helps in these cases, perhaps if someone who had the same problem as you who also has the same PC spec as you may have found a solution

Amd Anthlon 64bit Processor
DirectX 9.0c

Apparently in the Gta San Andreas error, when i clicked on more information.. I found out there was a problem with system component d3d9.dll (A directx file) Now I couldn't possibly uninstall and reinstall directx without formatting the c drive.

Also, I would greatly appreciate if someone could locate the drivers for my graphics card. I have downloaded every goddamn driver off of the Nvidia website & none of them are compatible with mine. My soundcard drivers are up-to-date.
