San Andreas Crashes Everytime. Possible NOCD Problem

I purchased the original dvd (preordered it infact). I live in India, so it took me a lot of time to get here from the UK. Its 3 days since I've installed the game, & Now i cant seem to find where the dvd is. So i headed over to your website and downloaded the NoCd crack.

The game starts fine and is cool untill the intro upto the part where it says
"Francis International Airport, Liberty City 1992"
Then, theres a black screen & the Game Crashes.

Heres a Screenshot

I need help fixing this. I couldn't possibly wait another month to get a new dvd from UK. San Andreas will probably release in 2007 in my country

Please Help

Hi Squall,

This occurred to me, too, when I started making a modular rip of the game and removed the cutscene audio files from the game installation. You should make sure that 1) the game is properly installed (perhaps, uninstall and then reinstall) and 2) your audio card is working properly (update to latest driver, disable EAX).

Uhm, and also RTFM, contact the publisher, refer to the official game support forum etc. etc.

I guess your the original poster up the top.

Anyways

What is your PC specs, memory, CPU etc etc

More info helps in these cases, perhaps if someone who had the same problem as you who also has the same PC spec as you may have found a solution :)

LOL

Oh no, at least hes different, using newsgroups, but hey a warez kiddy the same.

When you come back have a read at the rules.

This forum does NOT support warez.

These are relevant specifications

Nvidia Geforce4 440 AGP8X Graphics Card
Soundmax Integrated Digital Audio
About 25GB free space on the drive San Andreas is installed
1024MB DDR Ram
Amd Anthlon 64bit Processor
DirectX 9.0c

Apparently in the Gta San Andreas error, when i clicked on more information.. I found out there was a problem with system component d3d9.dll (A directx file) Now I couldn't possibly uninstall and reinstall directx without formatting the c drive.

Also, I would greatly appreciate if someone could locate the drivers for my graphics card. I have downloaded every goddamn driver off of the Nvidia website & none of them are compatible with mine. My soundcard drivers are up-to-date.

@jantje_behang: Bye, bye!!!

@Squall: I think you need the GeForce4-Fix from GameCopyWorld !!!
