Error With Punisher No CD Patch

I donwloaded The Punisher v1.0 BLACK & WHITE EFFECT REMOVER, and how do i use it? It crashed my game with an Direct3d Error and i can't play
Can someone make a step-by-step installation of the file? And what should i download?

Are you trying to play without a CD? If yes I think that's the wrong file, dude...
You probably should look for a Crack, noCD/noDVD, backup CD, whatever but not a "black and white effect remover"...
