You already have the Sony name brand hard drive? Then all you need is HDLoader. Pop the CD in and it will walk you through it easily. After a quick format, you'll be able to backup your games to your system's hard drive. Keep in mind that the Sony hard drive is only 40G. Some games make take over 4G each! I recommend the HDLoader & 120G drive combo.
If you don't already have the Sony hard drive and network adapter..... you will need to buy the network adapter and either the Sony branded hard drive or an aftermarket one off this chart. Then pick up HDLoader and you'll be good to go.
