Well, my knowledge in this area isn't that good. However, I think it is impossible to make a cd-game running from dvd without getting any error. But maybe that helps: When cd2 is needed then choose the dvd-drive where your dvd is inserted. If the contents of both cds (1+2) are placed in the root directory, it will probably run.
