Yes I have booted from an Evox disk or else like you said how would I get an IP address and yes backup games still work, and yes I did have to change evoxdash.xbe.
I'm wondering if the fact that I now have a wireless router it might be conflicting somehow. Can I plug the xbox straigh into the router and FTP or disconnect and use the LAN card directly. finishing now getting grumpy
