Would you be implicating that you dont (as of yet) own the original retail version of the game and only own a downloaded,warez,coppied version ? If thats the case you could go to the "other" place to get the needed file to make the downloaded,warez etc version play all sound and video in the single player campaign.

hey moniduse it would be more help if you could post a little more info so we can help. Are you running the game with a nocd,fixed exe? Have you tried running the game with the original disk to see if the problem still occurs ? What spec is you PC ? etc. The more info you can post the easier it is to diagnose the problem. If the problem isnt crack related (ie still happens with the original disk inserted) then mabey tech support,official game web page may be of help as this may be a know problem with a solution. Try and answere the above questions and then we (the ppl here @ GCW) will be in a better posistion to offer you some help
