some videos in the singleplayer campaign are black. only sound.
does anyone know the problem?

The DVD is golden...
 

The DVD I got is golden and, man they are a pain...

Whats with this DVD5 and DVD9. No matter how many copies I tried, can't seem to get the game to run...

...I guess I'll have order an original one then...

The thing is that my DVD Drive simply refuse to play it or "pick" it... whatever you may call the phenomenon...

make sure install all new codec what come with it and make sure all update then sure work!

what codec?

codecs are some small files which let the compressed video files work, you can download any you want at : www.free-codecs.com

Would you be implicating that you dont (as of yet) own the original retail version of the game and only own a downloaded,warez,coppied version ? If thats the case you could go to the "other" place to get the needed file to make the downloaded,warez etc version play all sound and video in the single player campaign.

hey moniduse it would be more help if you could post a little more info so we can help. Are you running the game with a nocd,fixed exe? Have you tried running the game with the original disk to see if the problem still occurs ? What spec is you PC ? etc. The more info you can post the easier it is to diagnose the problem. If the problem isnt crack related (ie still happens with the original disk inserted) then mabey tech support,official game web page may be of help as this may be a know problem with a solution. Try and answere the above questions and then we (the ppl here @ GCW) will be in a better posistion to offer you some help ;)
