Error With Punisher No CD Patch

I tried with several different video setting and resolutions and that didnt help. I have a Radeon. The driver setting I use are typically the default.

The 2nd crack over at megagames is the same as the hoodlum crack. So that didnt work.

What region is everyones copy of this btw.

My Punisher is Australian version - be the same as your Asimov, I imagine. I even tried making the CD's into an image, installing it through Alcohol and trying to mount the game to by-pass the need for CD, but it still asks me to insert CD1 into the drive to start.
I have Geforce FX 5600 - so don;t think video is the problem - haven't tried uninstalling Alcohol, but as it doesn't give me any message that emulation software has been detected, I don't see that this will help. Unfortunately the log file of the crash is not helpful in telling me why the game crashes. Tried it on my own and my son's computer - does the same thing.

The only thing thats common between us is that we both have alcohol installed. Im gonna uninstall and see if it makes a difference.
