PTP = Both layers are burned and read from the inside out
OTP = Layer 0 is burned from the inside out and then Layer 1 is burned from the outside in. So when burned OTP the disc is checked and the files are in the wrong order (because they are at the other end of the disc) and that results in an error. Tyler!
