Help identifying playstation adaptor
Ok I have this adaptor it says sony and playstation on it. It is scph-1061 rfu adaptor. What the heck is this nightmare adaptor? Do you have to have a pal tv to use it?

An RF adapter allows you to plug in the playstation via the arial port on your TV and tune it to a free station. It will have a port for your TV arial to plug into. The switch on the bottom switches between the PlayStation and your TV channels
 This is useful if you have no SCART or AV sockets on your TV...
