These are ONLINE games DESIGNED to be played ONLINE as there is no Single Player mode built in. There is no point buying these games unless you are going to play them over the internet and like the idea of buying games where you have to keep paying to play them.

I have willingly stopped (for a week now) playing wow (after being a lvl32) and yes, you'd think WOW could be played offline (if you downloaded the whole realm) cause 90% of it is solo-able.
The next step is cancelling my account, which I don't have enough willpower to do.
