/needs a no cd crack for FAR CRY

There are 2 files: the regular Far Cry .Exe icon and "deviance" (which is a MS-info document)

Every FarCry patch released never modified the Farcry.exe file, therefore you simply use the crack for v1.0.

As for the 2 files in the crack on GCW, one is just the NFO file from the Deviance release of the game, the other is the cracked EXE!

As for the dll crash, did you copy the Farcry.exe into the BIN32 folder of the game and overwrite the existing Farcry.exe?

And you MUST you apply patch 1.3 before applying 1.31!

must aply patch 1.3 than 1.31... you mean I need to have first installed 1.3 and than 1.31, not vica versa? if so I did that. (first 1.3, than 1.31)

aha the two files you were refering to was in fact the nfo file as well as the Farcry.exe. The nfo file is not needed (even tho you should always read it!).
And yes like Barry has said you need to install the v1.3 update first then the v1.31 update. Then like Barry has also said you then copy the Farcry.exe to the 'bin32' folder overwriting the original file when asked to do so. Now you will be able to play without using the DVD/CD.
