/needs a no cd crack for FAR CRY
 

I installed FarCry and downloaded the patch 1.31, I want to play this game without a CD so I was searching a no cd crack on GameCopyWorld.com ... I found the following crack:

Far Cry v1.0 - v1.3 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE

won't this crack work because I have the 1.31 version??

I did what they say on gamecopyworld.com : replace the 2 files with the originals, when I open the new .exe icon it says: FarCry Error: CrySystem.dll loading failed.

someone who can help me? a mirror where I can download a no cd for the 1.31 version?

I have Farcry installed and have also installed the v1.3 and the v1.31 updates. The original v1.0 NoCD crack still works! I havent used the crack you are refering to (the one with 2 files?) but I only replaced the one Farcry.exe and the game works fine. ;)

There are 2 files: the regular Far Cry .Exe icon and "deviance" (which is a MS-info document)

Every FarCry patch released never modified the Farcry.exe file, therefore you simply use the crack for v1.0.

As for the 2 files in the crack on GCW, one is just the NFO file from the Deviance release of the game, the other is the cracked EXE!

As for the dll crash, did you copy the Farcry.exe into the BIN32 folder of the game and overwrite the existing Farcry.exe?

And you MUST you apply patch 1.3 before applying 1.31!

must aply patch 1.3 than 1.31... you mean I need to have first installed 1.3 and than 1.31, not vica versa? if so I did that. (first 1.3, than 1.31)

aha the two files you were refering to was in fact the nfo file as well as the Farcry.exe. The nfo file is not needed (even tho you should always read it!).
And yes like Barry has said you need to install the v1.3 update first then the v1.31 update. Then like Barry has also said you then copy the Farcry.exe to the 'bin32' folder overwriting the original file when asked to do so. Now you will be able to play without using the DVD/CD. ;)
