I used Alcohol 120 to burn golden eye into an image and i burned it perfectly i have a slide disk thing(i ordered a chip its on its way)and it worked fine so im assuming your disk is dirty also those slide disks things are really agervating i got 1 and mine makes noises and all kinds of stuff not to mention having a slide disk thing really scatches up disks really bad and ur swap disk could be scratched up

I actually heard there was compatibility probs with Goldeneye using the swap discs.. But if he says it works I dunno..

The noises are due to the drive mechanisms being forced open. I've replaced several PS2 DVD Drives in the past due to the use of slide cards, and the cogs have been ground to sh*t...

yea well as of recient my swap thing hasnt been workin right im gonna sell it to this kid for 20 dollars but anyways if i remember correctly i do remember seein the goldeneye load screen come up now i dont remember were it went from there
