Dudes, thanks for all the positive replies and good news!
 However, AX I have booted with the chip disabled and the xbox boots up fine as it normally would. I just can't get the friggin chip to work!  Any ideas?

be happy u got it working man.. try unsoldering everything and doing it again with the new bios...
