The DMS4 line of chips are so large it makes it hard finding a good place to put the chip. I havent tried to put a DMS4 in a V7 yet but this is how I did a V5 not to long ago.
http://www.norcalmods.com/graphix/v5-dms4-pro.jpg Also if you look at the DMS forums you will see that many people for some reason are having trouble with the DMS4 in a V5 and V7 console. In fact the picture linked to above I have a hell of a time with. I finally got it working but only after moveing it to that position, but it still gave me random black screen when booting from standby!!! By the way the supposed "Experts" at the DMS forums havent addressed this issue so good luck in determining what it is.
