You need an actual patch?
I thought you run the Disc ID utility cd and obtain the ID, then use the patching program and fill in the necessary info (Disc ID). What type of patches are you talking about Tyler? Are you talking about the SLXX files? Just curious, it's been awhile since I patched any of my games. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.  Personally I don't really bother, I don't play online or go online anyway. I love my PS2, but not enough to bother going online and spending hours on it.
