I've been really misinformed.. Or read something completely wrong.. I don't know where I picked it up but I kept seeing "Pal to Ntsc" left and right. Or thought I did at least..

chips make the xbox region free. If you cannot play pal games, it is because your tv's doesn't support it. THe only tv that I have that won't play pal is really old, like over 12 years. I only get sound with that one
