Try a programme called 'anydvd', sounds like your dvd is encrypted with a code that ur regular programme doesn't like, use anydvd in the background, (it just fires up when u start ur comp, does nothing more than send info to ur comp telling it the dvd ur burning is not encrypted at all hey presto, perfect burn all the time, happy hunting!
