You have the right to backup anything on a disk you own (well, depends on your region). If you own the PC disk, you can listen to the music on it all you want. However, it in no way entitles you to the sound files on an xbox disk, ps2, or any other platform with similar files.
If you have to ask for copyrighted material that you cannot simply get yourself, chances are, it is not legal.
