Just to Clarify...
From the other thread about the musi cin the indiana jones game it is illiegal to do this for any game including pc game even thou you own it. This is the same even with games like Battlefield Vietnam with the soundtracks for the 12 or so origional songs and you are allowed to listen to them but not copy them fro your own use or it is piracy

You have the right to backup anything on a disk you own (well, depends on your region). If you own the PC disk, you can listen to the music on it all you want. However, it in no way entitles you to the sound files on an xbox disk, ps2, or any other platform with similar files.
If you have to ask for copyrighted material that you cannot simply get yourself, chances are, it is not legal. |
Okay, so what if I buy Emperor's Tomb XBox. Can I post here to see if anyone will let me send them my disc, have them extract the music, then send back the disc with the music extracted?
The problem is I don't have an X-Box, and don't want to buy one just to get the music from this game. |
