There is a page on the EA tech site that tells you how to uninstall BFV completely and correctly for just such a case.

Go there, find it, follow the instructions and re-install. Voila.

Sure, we think you're a loser for pirating the game..but at least you've come clean and purchased it now and that makes you worthy of our support

Remove the game from Control Panel -> add remove programs.

Download regseeker v1.35:
http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm

Run it to clean your registry.

Manually erase the Programs Files -> EA Games -> Battlefield 1942 directory

All set... Reinstall
