Ok DL(Dual Layer) is a new type of dvd media it can hold 8.5gbs unlike the normal dvd media which can only hold 4.4gbs. PS2 games will come out more and more on dl media. Yes that burner is fine, it will burn ps2 games fine, ive got that burner myself for my laptop very happy with it.
