I thought it might of been my laser been dirty so i got a cleaning kit and cleaned it, and they still dont boot, but all the others i have done before still do. I have also tried backing up Uefa Euro 2004 and this loads past the first uefa logo screen and then freezes on the black loading screen. This has got me confused. I seem to be having trouble with the newer releases as a pose to the older ones, should i be doing something different? Thanks again for all help so far guys !
It wont be patches you need, yet not sure about Uefa 2k4 as that is a EA title, the patch would normally be a HD fix to enable you to play from HD. I have backups of the others you mentioned and they all work fine. Try Dvd2xbox latest version and updating the bios. If that works and you can play from HD, then try copying the contents of the game to your PC via Ftp and burn using the data method or Iso.

If that fails, you then know its a problem with your burner or discs, even though you have used them previously.

I have just tried backing them up again, using craxtion and alcohol 120%. Spiderman 2 has been successful, where as Uefa 2004 loads past the black loading screen and onto a white screen with nothing on then freezes. As for Driver 3 and Red Dead Revolver they are still doing the same as before. I will try the method that was used in the previous thread and see where that leads, but in the mean time if anyone has got any more ideas please get in touch, thanks!

Do you have a larger hard drive in your box or are you using the original?

If you do have a larger hard drive then what HANS_COBBO suggested is the way to go. That's the way I back my games up. First, copy the game to your hdd using dvd2xbox v.5.8 then ftp the contents of the game folder to a folder on your pc. Then make an iso with craxtion and burn with alcohol. I've never had a problem that way and I have a successful backup of Red Dead Revolver. Hope that helps.

I have the original hard drive in my xbox, I copied the files across to my pc hard drive last night using evolution x and ftp. Then I copied them back to the xbox and booted it from the hard drive and works fine but when I try to copy to a disk it is not successful. Any ways I can do this?? Its ok booting it from my xbox hard drive but it uses all my space.
