I simply changed the test on the country code.
I can't post exactly what I did here : it would be info about piracy, and it's not allowed. But if I did it, anyone can do it : I had absolutely NO knowledge about it when I started to work on this. You'll need to find a wince disassembler and learn a few things about how windows works and SH4 asm...

Thank you Megalexxx for your patch. Now I can play PBA Bowling 2001 without problems on my PAL-DC.
