With Chankast playing DC games fairly well and games being released the same day that they come out on stores, what makes you think Sammy would port theses games to the DC? At least with the Neogeo it would take a while to dump and decrypt the roms.

The NeoGeo can't play Atomiswave games
I don't think Sammy does it, I hope they'll do it. There are people who would buy the games and porting it wouldn't be very expensive for them due to the hardware similarity. Chris
