As far as I know,
you can't make a backup copy to a physical CD without messing around with Blindwrite and its TwinSector script.
Since I didn't want to go through that hassle, i just made a backup using Alcohol 120% with the Safedisc 2/3 setting and created an image. I then loaded the image onto the virtual drive to run the game. Man, originally installing this game was crazy! 5 CDs!!
