How about just not giving your VCDs away to "friends" you can't trust ??
If it's a legitimate movie that you've made and want to sell, then go ahead and apply some "protection" to it, but as you might know, most of them can be broken/bypassed anyways, so what's the point ??

I for one get the feeling there is no *friend* and he made no movie by himself, just want to put copyprotection on movies he sell so they cant be copied hehe.. maybe im wrong i dont care, i can however sell you a dummy file real cheap or i can sell you a custom made protection not so cheap but cheaper then safedisc would cost you . just mail me if intressted

would love to see securom protect a vcd
