that's what I always do:
re-author the main movie with german and english AC-3/2 tracks. Then I can choose within PowerDVD or the standalone menu the audio tracks. Since I dont have a 4.1/5.1/whatsoever loudspeaker setup I only include the stereo (AC-3/2) tracks.
