Ok so you have tried to re-format and still getting the same results even after the devices and drivers have all been set.
What about taking the network card, or the broad band thingy back out, to see if that gets rid of the error?
When it boots up, are you getting video on the monitor? Its sounds like you are since you said you are getting the error message.
I will be back on later tonight, gotta work right now. I have a feeling I know what it is but there are a few more tests and ques? just to be sure..
