I don't think so.
There have always been protections which seemed to be "uncrackable" the first time they appeared, but in the end....you know what I mean. SF 3 certainly is a hard one, but there will always be cracks...no matter what protections are invented in the future. Some years ago, it was impossible to create a working backup of SD protected games. Today almost every newborn can do it..... One "wise" man said:"Everything that can be loaded into a machine can be cracked." (Forgot his name, shame on me ).That is what we always should keep in mind.....
