? about a hard drive

i finaly got sp1 downloaded but it still didnt fix the problem still only shows 127 GB that was a waste of 3 day d/l i dont know what to do the disk that came with it says some crap about not begin able to find the hard disk and i got the ATA card installed but that dose nothing this is a bunch of BS just to get a hard drive to work i guess i will have to try # 3) Install new chipset drivers
