Chances are the game runs the movies/vidoes off the disc, if so, you will have to copy the movie files off the orignal CD (thye maybe be real media player files, or could b mpeg or avi's etc.) If not you may have to change an .ini file to point to the files....

And I tried fiddling with registry - I basicly copy Heroes3 folder to harddisk and change cdpath to "C:" while using the crack from this site - it still gives me an error and when I go back to regestry the cdpath reads something like "\."

Please help...
