So maybe its time u read the tut above.I think u aint got much to lose.This tut covers alot of the evox program.

also i figured i didnt need to do that as well cause i have adsl router which will give my xbox a different ip address everytime i boot up.

i know the story,i have adsl router myself.So what did i do ? edited the ini,set a solid ip,configured my gateway setting as above and fired up.It al worked like charme.
