messiah 2 ground

I bought it at www.fortek.nl they said it was a messiah 2 chip. take a look at yourself. I thought already something like that because the word "Actel isn't on it (saw it after I opened the envelope. They realy said it is a messiah 2 chip. There goes my money from my vacation job I paid 59 euro +/ 59 dollar for this chip.
What are the difference between this chip and the real one? Can I play ps2 backups on cd-r with this one?
