Yeah, my V4 is in mint condition, despite 2 years of a Neo2.5+DVDR - I mostly played PSX/PS2 CD backups and original DVD's.
The Apple in there now works a treat. - Gurm P.S. That said... I'm unsure about the V3. Good luck!
