Removing Neo 2.2 / Installing Magic 3.1 /PS 2 V3

I wouldnt install a no-swap chip in any console older than a v5, especially the magic chips, You may be setting yourself up for a letdown depending on how much damage the neo chip has already done to the laser and the fact the v3 had weak lasers. Re-assemble the console, sell it and get a v7 with messiah.
