Yup. Just need to find the VIAs on the back of the board that correspond with those pins. Not too tough if you have another guy holding the board and one of the probes... they're all in the right "general vicinity".
Just do NOT forget to scrape off the plastic once you figure out which VIA is which, otherwise the solder just won't stick and the connections will be bad. - Gurm
