I actually do need to upgrade as my lamp is starting to go. I have written over 700 CD's in the last 4 years so it doesn't owe me anything. (Thanks Plextor
 ). Anyway, I do allsorts with my writer and would utilise the 48 or 52x that it will write at. I think I am going to side with the 48 as it is dirt cheap froma place I know down in Brighouse. I'll order it tonight so I can pick it up easily and avoid the postage! . Anyway, I love Plextors and will never stray from them. I would have bought the 52x LiteON but it doesn't do everything that I need my Plextor to do. Plextor are the market leaders in my eyes as their drives are absolutely superb! I love them. So the 48 it is...
