Download the C&C: Generals v1.0-DEViANCE And take the generals.exe from there.
Then Apply the 104Patch.
Then Take game.dat from Command_And_Conquer_Generals_1.04_NoCD_MULTI-SOULDRiNKER.
Works great for me
