The nocd patch on C&C Generals 1.04 doesn´t work
 

Does someone has the same problem??

Take the exe from the 1.03 crack and this new one

Which Crack?

get the 1.03 crack, extract the generals.exe from it
get the 1.04 crack, extract the game.dat from it

I have the same problem as above, i cannot run C&C generals 1.04. I have extracted the patch and its patched properly, then i apply the nocd crack(game.dat), and nothing happens it still searchs for the disk, i have read that you must replace the exe file with the one from V1.03, well i have downloaded V1.03 and theres no exe file in it just Game.dat file. Can anyone help me with this problem or does any one know where i can get generals.exe from or can they send me it.

I have kinnda the same problem. The 1.04 no-cd patch works with the 1.03 exe file when I play on cracked servers. But when I play it online with a real code, I can't join any of the games because it says I have the wrong version. So I figure the exe file must be fixed on 1.04 too. I know this is the problem cause I have friends who have the original cd, and the cracked 1.04 game.dat works perfect online with the cd in the cd-rom.
Can anyone help me with this?

When you play online rooms put in the original exe and game.dat files of the latest update.Play your game useing your original CD.
After you play your games just switch back to the nocd.keep the nocd and original game files in a diff folder in the game Dir.Takes about 10 sec to switch.

That defeats the entire purpose of the NoCD crack if you have to have your CD in at all...

Download the C&C: Generals v1.0-DEViANCE And take the generals.exe from there.
Then Apply the 104Patch.
Then Take game.dat from Command_And_Conquer_Generals_1.04_NoCD_MULTI-SOULDRiNKER.
Works great for me:)

DiGITALMAFiA's generals.exe is the same as DEViANCE generals.exe... So take whatever u want:)

ok... to clear this one up

everyone knows that if you use the exe from 1.0 exe from DEViANCE, it will work... OFFLINE. The problem is, this doesn't work on Generals Online, so you still need to have your CD in the drive to play online.

There is still a need for a fixed 1.04 exe, or else we'll never be able to play Generals Online whilst keeping our CDs free from damage, ect.

I sometimes wonder if anybody reads my messages at all, but here goes again, because I can't let you guys suffer with C&C :D

Use Alcohol120%, it will allow you to run from the hard disk with ANY patch (even future ones), without any crack. In multiplayer too. I use the same technique for battlefield1942, and while everyone else is desperately looking for a new crack each time a new patch gets out, I can immediately join the newest version servers without a problem.

? I did not talk about Onlineplaying. He asked for a NoCD:) RincewindTheWizan U still need a valid CD-Key to play online.. not all games.. There is a lot of cracked servers on BF1942:)
