Bill is excellent, man. MY PS2 came back quickly and flawlessly, just make sure you follow all the directions on the website and get in contact with him via email and/or phone before you send it to him to make sure you have everything necessary for him to do the work. I sent him a brand new out the box PS2 because I wanted to be assured there would be no laser issues.
