NBA2003: Does anyone else get "can't access harddrive" problems?

FYI - SImply running the different no-cd patch worked for me. After all the things I tried it may have just been the patch..

I get some extremely weird graphic affects during replays and the startup screen though, but I assume that is just my vid card..

Sorry Dude But I'm Totally new to this whole thing, so please bear with me. I followed the instruction you put on the post but i can't get the Nba2003exe to work. My screen goes white then black then comes back to the desktop. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but maybe you can tell me. maybe I'm not replacing the exe file or something, i'm running

Sounds like the exact same problem I was having and I tried everything, and the crack listed in this thread was the only thing that worked...

Once you un-rar the file, then yes just overwrite your old nba2003.exe file.....
